Watercolor
The multi-striped tablecloth of earth colors contrasts well with the yellow-green of the plump pears in this painting. As one of my first pieces in the ‘bell-jar’ series, I was fascinated with the play of light and reflections on the glass dome. It was a challenge to render them in a realistic fashion.
